Return Policy

At KidsMela.pk, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

We offer exchanges for size or color issues, subject to stock availability. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
